Q: Can I tell the prosecuting attorney that I will not testify on their behalf after filing a charge and then dropping
I dropped the charges but they said the state would already picking it up and after the police report was wrong and the police officer won't change it because there's things on there that I didn't say and they charged him with a felony and it's we've had a lawyer even say that it was far-fetched to even be a felon felony
