Q: I AM WONDERING WHAT I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO REGAIN CUSTODY OF CHILDREN THAT ARE UNDER A 10A GUARDIANSHIP?
BIO DAD IS WANTING TO GAIN CUSTODY OF OUR TWO SONS. THEY ARE UNDER A 1OA GUARDIANHSIP THAT NEITHER ONE OF THE CHILDREN WANT. AT THE TIME WHEN IT WAS AGREED UPON IT WAS A BETTER CHOICE THEN BUT DUE TO THE GUARDIANS CHILDISH AND "BULLY" BEHAVIOR THEY WOULD PREFER TO LIVE WITH THEIR DAD. I AM BIO MOM WHO THE CHILDREN WERE ORIGINIALLY REMOVED FROM AND I UNDERSTAND IT MAY BE HARDER FOR ME TO REGAIN CUSTODY AND I GET THAT FULLY UNDERSTAND BUT BIO DAD WAS NOT FOUND UNFIT, CHILDREN JUST WASNT COMFORTABLE WITH THE GIRLFRIEND OF BIO DAD AT THE TIME BUT BIO DAD HAS ENDED THAT RELTIONSHIP ALMOST A YEAR AGO NOW. LONG STORY SHORT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE SO THAT OUR CHILDREN CAN BE COMFORTABLE WAKING UP AND GOING TO BED IN THE HOME THEY LIVE. OUR 15 YEAR OLD IS SHOWING SIGNS OF DEPRESSION AND OUR 7 YEAR OLD IS HAVING VERY INTENSE OUTBURSTS EXPRESSING HATE TO THE GUARDIAN AND CRIES OUT HE WANTS HIS MOM OR HE WANTS HIS DAD. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER?
