Q: I was stopped in Brandon, Ms for driving with one headlight and no car ins, no license. Two of those untrue arrested me.
I wasn’t told I was being arrested just cuffed and put in the car. I had my license and the open container was a Red Bull can. My girlfriend was frisked without a female officer and supposedly found a Xanax in the door of the car on her side. We both spent 3 and 5 days in jail. Can someone please guide us.
