Q: Hello! I am looking for a pro bono divorce lawyer or someone that has the husband pay for services. Bigamy is included.
My husband left at the end of 2016 to attend a trial in Washington of the driver which was the car his son passed away in. He ended up staying there, got a good job, while I was left with a mortgage, 2 pre-teens, a truck note, and all other bills while not working. I recovered after all that time and am still in the same house which I am grateful for. I did it on my own with no help from anyone. My daughters are not his. The truck was repossessed because I wasn't working and could not pay the note. Well, I have a job now that I am just making bills, still grateful. He married someone else in Washington at the end of last year, yes, we are still married. (Bigamy case) And I just got garnishment court papers for over $8K for that truck of his. So, I just want my name back and the garnishment amount because I cant afford it. ( 1 more daughter left in high school, my oldest graduated in May of this year) And for him to get hung for Bigamy as a bonus! Please help!
