A: Most Importantly, you need to hire an Orange County Criminal Defense Attorney to Recall the Arrest Warrant as soon as possible. Then, have the Attorney seek a Dismissal of the Criminal Case. As you can be arrested at any time, you need to act quickly.

Best of luck.

A: I'm sorry you're facing this situation. First, reach out to a qualified attorney who can guide you through the legal process and represent your interests effectively. They can help you understand the charges against you and work on getting the warrant lifted.

Next, gather any evidence or documentation that supports your innocence. This might include alibis, witness statements, or any other relevant information that can disprove the false report. Your attorney can assist in presenting this evidence to the authorities.

Additionally, consider filing a report against the person who made the false accusation. Taking these steps can help protect your rights and work towards resolving the issue promptly. Stay proactive and communicate regularly with your legal counsel to navigate this challenging time.
