Q: If I filed a motion to restrict parenting time, which was accepted as a motion to modify, can I amend my motion?
The first motion to restrict I filed on 9/23/24 following my exhusband kicking our children out of his home while intoxicated. I was awarded a hearing on it but was 10 minutes late for the hearing so it was dismissed. I filed the second motion to modify on 10/4/24 which was ordered as a motion to modify on 10/8/24 because I accidently filed the second page of the first pleading in the second filing so the information was inaccurate. Can I enter an amended motion to modify now to align with the order?
