Smyrna, GA asked in Child Custody for Oklahoma

Q: What documents should I get in order for a possible revision to custody agreement issued by the non-custodial parent?

My ex-spouse (who was abusive during the 13 yr marriage) is trying to revise the current standing custody agreement. I am the primary parent living in Oklahoma and he is living in Louisiana and active military. He has not used half of the outlined custody time but is trying to start the process of revising the custody agreement to be less structured so that it is more compatible to his schedule. For context on the kids, one is age 6 and has disabilities (microcephaly and autism). The other age 15 has been struggling with mental health due to years of living in an abusive household. The 15-year-old is also nonbinary, and the father often refuses to acknowledge their identity. What documents should I prepare should this revision come up in court?
