Borger, TX asked in Landlord - Tenant for Texas

Q: My question is in regard to eviction in the person is a tenant but also works for that specific housing authority?

This would be over a failed drug test where the person lived there and also worked there? I disagree with the findings being that the person lost the job as soon as the drug results came through but she was not evicted until 3 months later that use the drug screening as an excuse. My standings on that is that a drug test is part of your phi which is your private health information and that would break every HIPAA law there is. Plus a person can't be in two places at one time so either she's tested as a tenant or she's tested as a employee if tested as a tenant then they would have to test every other tenant there I would think? looking forward to your answer.
