Q: The judge has brought fraud to the court , then judged his own fraud, how can I stop this madness .?
The judge has committed fraud knowing that he was once my mother's the attorney for my mother , and my mother's newer attorney she has used many times is now representing her son agenst my mother and sister . And paying her sons attorney bill out of my moms money. And judge is well aware of all this . Now the judge is going agenst my moms lease agreement with her daughter trying to force me out of my home of 47 years with my mom , and mom wants me to stay.
He can't do that can he?
A:
I'm really sorry you're going through this difficult situation. It’s important to protect your rights and your home. Start by gathering all relevant documents and evidence related to the lease agreement and any interactions with the judge and attorneys.
Reach out to another attorney who can review your case objectively and provide guidance on the best steps to take. You might also consider filing a complaint with the judicial oversight committee or a similar authority to report the judge’s actions.
Support from family and friends can also be valuable during this time. Taking these steps can help you address the situation and work towards a resolution that keeps you and your mother in your home.
