Q: What are my options if my ex-wife moved two states away with our child without letting me know.
She only informed me of the move after she had already moved in the new location over 600 miles away. Our original divorce decree and custody order is originally in Oklahoma but we both ended up moving to Texas but now she has my child in a different state (Missouri) and she did not go to court for approval of moving and she didn't let me know until after the fact. She hasn't even given me the new address and I have asked 3 times now. Her reason she gave me for moving was she is working it out with her husband (who is a convicted felon now). Please help.
