Tucson, AZ asked in Lemon Law and Small Claims for Arizona

Q: Dealership won't work on my car or return any communications. What can and/or should I do?

Update: after almost 8 months I finally got my car back.

I took my car into the mechanic, at the dealership I purchased the car from, for minor work (tire sensor and software update) over 7 months ago! Attempts to communicate (call, text, email, in person) are futile. When I go in, they take forever to find me in the system and every time they don't have notes on my car. They won't return texts, phone calls, or emails (I have saved all attempts that were able to be recorded). It's not a matter of payment, it is covered under warranty (at least it was when I took it in), and deductible was only $100. My finance company for the vehicle was quick to respond but was unable to assist.

What can I do to get my car back and repaired as paid for? I don't know what type of litigation is even needed for something like this.
