Q: Recently requested driving privileges with a hearing set for 10-31. I'm unable to get out of work on this date.
I only have 2 months left before my license suspension is up and I'd rather just wait it out. I do currently have only privileges to and from work but planned to ask for additional privileges. What will I need to do to cancel my request for a review hearing? Also, if I were to attend the hearing, what should I expect or say as I don't have an attorney? Will there be someone there like a prosecutor to speak against my request? This was for a 2nd dui I was on probation but not currently.
