Q: The real estate developer in Bangalore not providing permanent Bescom connection

The real estate developer in Bangalore along with BESCOM has not provided permanent Bescom connection from past 1 year 10months. Due to this we have incurred loss as we need to pay the extra amount for temporary connection.

We would like to ask whether we can file a dispute case and get necessary compensation?. The developer has not provided permanent Bescom connection after repeated notice. They are also harassing and defaming us for complaining to the Govt of Karnataka and respected authorities. The local police and local authorities are influenced by the MD of the Developer.
