A: A Michigan attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. The short answer is that based on such a cause and effect, it's possible you have the grounds for a case, simply on a textbook analysis. But from a practical standpoint, it's also possible that your doctor could articulate viable reasons for taking you off a medication, whether based on good practices or warning labels. Making this call is the domain of physician expert witnesses, not attorneys. You could reach out to local firms to try to arrange a free initial consult. That could be a starting point in answering your question. I'm sorry about your stroke. I wish you a healthy recovery. Good luck
