Q: The very day COVID shut down America I was illegally evicted. NOT ONE PLACE was open and only two young officers were
working. THey had no idea what to do or who to call, no one was answering. Tne next 2.5 years of hell have ruined my life. I was permanently mentally illl, had a crripled older dog who protected me which she knew. I was physically attacked two time, both because they lied to me about the status of disgusting board and cares. He bit, yet she continued to force me into them. So many other heinous things. Vouchers were given according to vulnerabilty, no car, money, permanently mentally disablity, servere asthma and a non ambulatiory dog, I knew from my other case manager it would be a few months tops. FOR OVER TWO YEARS she continiued to do one henious thing after the next, in the 22 mo. I contracted HIV but needed to be off streets. THEY NEVER TURNED IN MY PAPERWORK! I have many witnesses as i am ruined now, destroyed.

I'm truly sorry you've had to endure so much. It's important to reach out to a local legal aid organization in California that can help you understand your rights and explore options related to your illegal eviction and other challenges you've faced.
Connecting with advocacy groups that support individuals with mental health issues and disabilities can provide additional resources and guidance. They may assist you in navigating public benefits and healthcare services to improve your situation.
Additionally, gathering all your documentation and any witness statements will be valuable when speaking with a legal professional. Remember, you're not alone, and there are people and organizations ready to help you rebuild your life.
