Whitehall Township, PA asked in Libel & Slander, Public Benefits and Employment Law for Pennsylvania

Q: for Social Sec I have been working at Chris’s diner for about a year now during which I was diagnosed with hypersomnia.

hypersomnia comes off like narcolepsy. I’ve given them all my doctors notes. I’ve given them everything I’ve ever gone from the doctor so they’re well aware of my situation. They know that there’s times appear tired there’s been times where they’ve sent me home but now they fired me because they’re alcoholic host is telling them that I’m walking crooked and making all this stuff up about me and he’s been harassing me for the whole past year. I’ve been working there, ever since they found out I have this medical condition. They’ve done nothing but harass me. I have no notebook written down full of stuff that they’ve said to me or done to me while I’ve been there. I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life as I have been treated at this place!! I was even told I had two weeks notice, I come in today and they told me on fired and made me leave. They didn’t even give me the two weeks notice. I’m sorry this can’t be fair. This does not feel right when somebody’s going through something
