Cleveland, OH asked in Criminal Law for Ohio

Q: What probable can be submissive.

Me and my co workers had been terminated from a company that accuse us for theft. However they have no accurate proof that I was involved in the theft. Other then servillance showing I had taken an unknown box into a restroom and existing without it. Also the co worker that they seen on video of actually stealing and taking inventory stated that I was involved. And they have proof of him scrapping the part due to sell information. However the only evidence point to me in any involvement is (1) videos of me taking a box into restroom and exiting without it due to the fact I had discarded an empty box.(2)me on video walking around carry a backpack in unrestricted area which we are permitted to have on company ground.(3) co worker that has gotten got stating I was with him during scrap sell which is un true. Can they charge me base of him saying I was with them example of hearsay. My co worker was taking inventory that was discarded. But I wasn't aware he stole what they accuse us of..
