Q: Mississippi child support, I am unemployed but remarried, is my husband, not children's bio dad financially responsible
My new husband makes significantly more annual income than my ex husband and children's bio dad, now bio dad is taking me to court to modify child support amounts because of marital changes, but now I have no actual income of my own. Bio dad and I have joint legal custody, however I have primary physical custody and the children live with me full time. Bio dad gets them every other weekend and whenever he requests. Is this going to hurt or help my case?
