Q: How does the 24/7 program operate in the state of Wyoming? Are you charged with the crime before enforced to the program
I was wondering if you are charged/convicted with the crime before enforced to cooperate in the 24/7 program or if you are enforced to partake in the program prior to a conviction/going before a judge? It's my understanding that an individual is innocent until proven guilty and being a a part of the 24/7 program before going before a judge or being convicted of such crime would then be establishing guilt, therefore a violation of one's constitutional rights, I am just unsure of how this program operates and is enforced, if you could explain the process to me I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
