Columbus, OH asked in Business Law for Ohio

Q: I need to dissolve a commercial business that was established back in 99, we haven’t made a dime and haven’t filed taxes

The corp owns the building, property taxes are up to date but we have never filed a tax return on the business because we never made a dime. We now want to dissolve the corp and give the property to another family member. Is this possible? Family set up a beauty shop and was supposed to pay, never did..another family member lived in one of the unit, was to pay and never did…grandparents just never made them. Now we want to get rid of that business and gift over the property to a responsible family member. Property located in Cleveland, OH
