Q: in idaho how do I sue at will employer ?
I was terminated from my job on friday due to HR and manager saying there were allegations against me from female colleagues . I felt and I know this was a false accusation but the problem is various lawyers says because idaho is at will that I can be fired for any reason how do I approach this ? I feel I was retaliated and discriminated since I was the only male in the department ?
