Subject: Addendum to Report Regarding Alleged Over-Service of Alcohol and Assault by Security Guard

xx am submitting this addendum to provide additional information regarding the incident that occurred on June 1, 2024. The following points are being added to the original report to clarify key details and provide evidence for further investigation.

Over-Service of Alcohol:

On the early morning of June 1, 2024, my son, xx, was served alcohol at Don Pedro’s Cantina/Bar.

My son was 20 years old at the time of being served alcohol at Don Pedro’s Cantina. I have reason to believe that he was over-served alcohol and was visibly intoxicated by the time the incident took place.

I am attaching records of my son’s bank account showing Don Pedro’s Cantina charged my son’s debit card over $400.00 in a matter of a two hour time period.

Assault by Security Guard employed by the bar.
