Q: what and with what court would i file for a protective order to be dismissed with prejudice

the juvinel case was closed so is the dcfs case the paperowrk the cazser worker lied on shees also left the division afgter i filed mhy paper work with the juvinel judhe but i did it wrong because i dont know what ia am suppoed to file it as and herefore they are ready to defend their case but still cant because i have credible proof she didn't do her job down to the video of the officer and the lies on court documents her reasonable efforts not even filled out until the after the 3rd court date it because before then they still were hunting reasons to take my son her supervisor mailed the review packet to the wrong address the case worker not notifying me of court dates but she changed my address so i didn't receive anything it states in their disciplinary actions book any parent not given he opportunity to review and defend their rights will void out the entire case and be kicked back it says the superior court can final rule but any modifications go thru the juvenal court
