Q: Is the neglect to repair a roof considered failure to provide a safe and healthy living space?

Early May Tornado - Major Roof Damage

Sent Complaint Oct 4th about a 4 inch water leak that was never investigated. Follow up complaint about major water damage Nov 1st

Oct 12th: Smell of mold began.

Nov 1-4th: Heavy water damage and leakage

Nov 1st: E. (maintenance) came and gave us two buckets

Nov 4th: No action has been taken to fix the damage and or prevent

Appointment to review damage and receive next steps was set set for Monday Nov 4th and no one showed

Nov 5th: received call from A. (property manager) - no update on when roof would be fixed or retarped

Nov 5th: told they would be retarping the roof on Nov 7th (after call with amanda)

Nov 6th: Call from A. and received email about relocating within the community

Nov 6th: I sent an Email asking for clarifications

Nov 8th: received notice that A. would be out of the office until November 24th

Nov 8th: some apartments were beginning to get retarped. The apartment was not tarped

Nov 8th: More rain
