Q: I would like to sue cube smart
Went to storage CubeSmart last night the light over my unit has been out for months.because my unit is smaller it’s above ground and you need a ladder . I go get the ladder in the dark put down my bag so I can use my phone as a flash light to see inside the unit I then drop my keys in the dark by mistake off the ladder so getting down and looking for my keys I forget my purse w $400 dollars inside 2 sets of air pods an Apple Pencil and a mini urn ⚱️.. when I went back this. Morning and the urn and the money was gone now I have to sell my PlayStation so I can pay my electricity bill I would like to sue cube smart for the lights being out causing me to loosing my belongs and their cameras don’t show the theft so I don’t think my stuff is safe there now either .
