Stuart, FL asked in Real Estate Law, Landlord - Tenant and Small Claims for Florida

Q: Florida: Landlord used another real estate company's lease

I just discovered my landlord I lived with used another real estate companys lease she has no association with. Is this illegal? Is the lease null and void? I moved out after my 6 months lease was up and she also hasn't returned by deposit, which come to find out a final judgement was put against her four years ago for the same reason. I paid monthly rent for a 6 months term, but because she used some one elses lease, can that hold up in court on my behalf? Additionally, my daughter moved out when she turned 18 because the landlord was always yelling at her son. We lived in a toxic home with the landlord. Moreover, when my daughter moved out, a drug attic was moved in, while I was still paying for my daughters room and overdosed a few days later. I made the 911 call. How can I prove that I lived in a toxic Enviroment too. Get the 911 record? Have my daughter testify? I am overwhelmed
