Q: City Attorney dismissed a case against my neighbor that was brought because her dog barks continuously non stop.
Starting @530am the door barks non stop for hours. The owner was ordered to get a dog collar to stop it from barking however this did not work I have spent a year and a half listening to this dog continually bark 10 feet from my bedroom window where my bed is and today the city attorney told me that because I'm only one person and nobody else complains about it that there's nothing that can be done I'm at my last wit here I threatened to slit my wrist and he said don't be dramatic apparently he doesn't understand what it's like to have a barking dog at your head I am traumatized from this and it seems like nobody in the city cares. I have hours of proof yet he says Im only one person so its not disturbing the peace. What can be done. I cant deal with this any longer! There is more about this than I can write here. Thank you
