Tampa, FL asked in Child Custody and Family Law for Florida

Q: My boyfriend served with a motion for temporary custody by extended family. His19yr old is wanting 2 sisters 16&12

He and the 16yr old got in an argument. No arrests or charges. 19yr old has her 2 younger sisters. Said DCS wont let him.But he didn't hear from DCS, they did call me and a few friends to answer some questions about him. That was the last we heard from it. He called and texted asking for her to bring the girls back he would have gone to their home to get the girls however she moved due to foreclosure of the house that she was staying in. So he didn't know where to go to get them then he gets served papers for temporary custody by extended family member. Now a fee days ago the 16yr old called her dad begging for him to come get her. So he did. Now court tomorrow for motion for emergency treatment and entry of an immediate ex parte order is justified. Moving party shall submit abproposed order immediately????
