Q: Can grandma get custody of grand kids 12 yr old granddaughter requested Parental abuse&educational neglect

I want to find an attorney for grand kids custody. Both parents have disabilities. 2018 Psych recommended the parents remain living w their parents unable to care for themselves. Physical abuse w CPS involvement both at Dad+girlfriend house and Mom and various bf . Grandson receives special education& has had no progress 3 years with reading. I was trained as parent trainer advocate but Dad keeps alienating and just as issues were discovered I'm not longer allowed to help. Mom moved into my home 3.1.2024 & I took gson for neuropsych eval in Aug 2024. Anxiety &Major depression dx. School has violated his rights under federal regs with IDEA. This needs IMMEDIATE action. 8mo passed and was ignored by Dad. Custody order is currently in Michigan. Dad and gf moved to Mishawaka Indiana and also have 2 kids together that I would like to gain custody of also. Mom moved out of my home Oct 27 and apparently is currently staying in the 3 bd mobil home wDad+gf family. Together is 3 adults 6 kids
