A: A South Carolina attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a month. I'm sorry for your ordeal. There are a considerable number of issues to sort out here - between the ischemic strokes, the underlying treatment, your age, your health history, the reason for you coming under medical care, etc., etc. A law firm would need more details to advise meaningfully. You could reach out to attorneys to try to set up a free initial consult. They are likely going to tell you that they would need to see the medical records, either ones you have in hand, or ones they would need to retrieve if they expressed an interest in exploring the matter further. I hope you are okay and recovering. Good luck
