Q: How do u get a set visitation set up for my son?
I have recently been charged with ovi and child endangering. My 4 year old son got seriously hurt in the accident. Cps placed him with his father. He keeps him from me or only gives me a hour a week to sit with him when he does allow me to come. I been calling cps to get a set visitation set up they didn't call me back till today where they told me that my ex husband privately filed for emergency custody and already closed their case. I asked them why I haven't received any paperwork. They told me I had to call juvenile court. I did they had nothing filed. My son is unhappy in his placement what can I do to help him?
