Q: I need to get a copy of a check that was illegally cashed without my mortgage company's signature. How do I do this?
The copy of this very large cashed check sent by my insurance company did not have any signatures on it. I want the copy from the bank that cashed it to see if forgery was committed. But the bank that cashed it will not release it to me since I am not the customer and I wanted to know is it possible for a lawyer to get it and if so what kind of lawyer?
