Q: constitution and federal agency
Alzheimer's disease is a terrible one, affecting more than 50 million people in the world, there is lack of effective treatment. I proposed an idea to FDA which is very promising to lessen the problem based on 9th amendment, but FDA rejected the idea and claimed me without personal injury and standing.
I will refill the petition in federal court based on 5th and 14th amendments, and understand that 5th amendment does not require personal injury, and 14th amendment does not require it if for public interest, is that correct?
If it is, I would like to have some legal references or cases to support me.
Thanks in advance.
