Q: I work with UN mission in Bosnia and have some questions and would like an anonymous advice or cooperation.
I work here almost 6 years, mostly urgent matters, I used to do camps 12 hours shifts many job tasks a day plus local transports.Later on i moved to Mobile teams driving sometimes up to 14-15 hours a day Local routes, I started having back issues and i neglected it, My backpain and Neck is getting stronger now and for the last 3 months my body and hands shake like i lost control or something i am really worried and my morning getting ups are terrible now,so far i haven't been to the doctor.I am 34 years old and i am worried about my future.I have noticed that when i hold my phone it shakes and my back pain is getting worse and is constant. What if i cant hold on or i end up being without a contract soon or what happens after 10 years if i am not here working, any advices are welcome.
