Q: What steps can I take next to sue my landlord?
I have problems in my apartment that have been here since I moved in December 1st 2023 and the issues are still progressing. I called the rental company multiple times and they never responded so I called the board of health and the inspector inspected the apartment. The rental company came and did the bare minimum to fix some of the issues like spray painting over mold and water stains. I have a 3 year old daughter who has a low immune system and is being affected by the mold.
