Q: Doe my wife have to imform me of interactions with cps during a tro while she had sole custody
My wife filed for a dvro and was granted sole physical and legal coustody. I was granted unsupervised visiting at her discretion. During this time cps has contacted her and our children is she obligated to inform me of what happened she has not communicated anything that involves the children or anything at all for that matter. What are my rights during this. I have not seen my children since the beginning of October and my hearing is not until December 16th. I have tried communicating with the children but they just ignore my atempts for conversation my wife is also not making arrangements for my mail. There are bills as well.as important documents from my lawyer and from the courts. What are my rights
