Q: How was I found guilty of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct when out of 10 officeers had not 1 cam ordash Marc Pur
I stopped on side of hwy. Ause I was hot. Sat on side of bridge. No law against that in Arkansas. Was just cooling off. The Ouachita county sheriff's Dept stopped and arrested me for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Out of at least 10 officers state cid and deputies no 1 had dash cam or body cams but yet found me guilty of it. All I did was stop to cool off it was in middle of June. I thought it was a law if they were called to a crime or seen had to have body cam at least. Marc Purifoy 41 yrs. Jan 15 1983 ss 430 51 5878. They have done told me I was gonna disappear.
