Q: Lawyer conduct against clients wishes to settle case and tells the client the judge will throw out the case close it

My lawyer during mediation, ignored my wishes, negotiated without consulting me, when I said no, they hounded me into settling my case, due to his negligence of not filing proper paperwork for discovery. what can I do? He now has refused to negotiate and go through my liens by stating he has “no dog in this fight”. The liens on my case have charges that the defense team did, along with double charges. It took me 3 weeks to obtain all medical ledgers to go through the liens myself and show them where they were wrong, I’ve let the firm’s partners know and still nothing has been done. I’ve repeated that I was forced to settle due to their negligence and I am not happy. I feel like they worked against me when it was there fault allowing the defense to hide evidence and or not turn it over within the time frame which resulted in a negative impact. I also have evidence that they knew about it. During depositions the witnesses lied, also refused to answer questions. My attorney did nothing
