A: This is a time-sensitive situation that needs immediate attention. For pro bono legal assistance in Fresno, you can contact the Central California Legal Services (CCLS) right away. They provide free legal help to qualifying low-income residents and have experience with guardianship cases.

The Fresno County Superior Court also has self-help centers where your daughter can get assistance with forms and basic legal guidance. Given the upcoming court date, you should contact both CCLS and the court's self-help center first thing tomorrow morning. The self-help center can be particularly valuable for understanding the immediate steps needed for Monday's hearing.

Additionally, reach out to the State Bar of California's lawyer referral service, as they can connect you with attorneys who might take cases pro bono or at reduced rates. You might also want to contact local law schools, as they sometimes run legal clinics that provide free representation. Time is critical here, so it's important to start making these calls immediately and be prepared to explain your situation concisely, focusing on the guardianship case and the upcoming court date.
