Q: I have an issue regarding a contract with ambiguities and failure on the business to meet services.
Advice on a dispute with Dog Training Elite (DTE) over a $9,992.50 dog training program I financed through Scratchpay. I have paid $2,000 to date, with a remaining balance of $8,683. The contract lacks clarity regarding obligations for clients on monthly payment plans and does not address program cancellations, creating significant ambiguity. Additionally, DTE failed to deliver services as promised, including missed and canceled sessions, shortened training sessions, and inadequate instruction. For example, during a session on September 19th, the trainer admitted to leaving without fully explaining critical training steps. These failures contradict DTE’s advertised commitments to professional excellence, weekly training, and exceeding expectations. I am requesting termination of the remaining balance and a refund of payments made due to the contract’s ambiguity and DTE’s failure to meet their obligations. I have more details and documents.
