Additionally, DTE failed to deliver services as promised, including missed and canceled sessions, shortened training sessions, and inadequate instruction. For example, during a session on September 19th, the trainer admitted to leaving without fully explaining critical training steps. These failures contradict DTE’s advertised commitments to professional excellence, weekly training, and exceeding expectations.
