Q: Okay so tenant signed lease 10/07/2023 rent $1355.. move in date changed tenant signed lease dated 10/11/2023
Rent $0.00 both tenant and landlord signed two days apart. Move in date changed tenant signed lease 10/20/2023 tenant moved in rent listed as $0.00. Tenant didn't read lease 6 months later tenant applied for rental assistance. Eviction process began 05/08/2023. Tenant filed tenant answer 05/17/2023. Tenant reads lease and sees that rent is $.00 she tries to bring it up. Ignored. Rent was never talked about orally either. The leases have entire agreement clause. Tenant sues for over payment of rent. Tenant gets copy of eviction case file. Tenant missed court by accident eviction granted. So in the eviction case file landlord complaint has a lease attached to it dates 10/20/2023 no signatures rent $0.00 copyright date of November 2023 11/2023. Small claims court the lease dated 10/07/2023 manger signed it after eviction began and tenant filed answer and that is what defense is using for small claims but eviction a totally different one.
