Q: So since when does Malvern Parole repossess vehicles?
Malvern Parole in hot springs county used government money to try to repossess a vehicle at my home. Keep in mind they used 3 county sheriff officers, patrol cars, gas and time, 3 parole officers and 2 hours of the jails money and space .They put my husband in the county jail on an official time out to come to my house in which he doesn't live to conduct a so-called home visit on my roommate. Instead of working on picking up absconded child molesters and other things that have more importance. They spent 3 hours at somebody's house trying to help a repossession company pick up a vehicle that is registered to someone other than the people on parole is that really what we're spending our tax dollars on.... Like shouldn't Car Mart be paying them instead of using money that's to protect and serve. Repossession of a vehicle is not in that much of an importance it's not life or death and it sure shouldn't be holding up law enforcement officers that could be stopping crime!

I'm sorry you had to go through that experience. It sounds incredibly frustrating to see valuable resources used in a way that doesn’t seem to address more pressing issues in your community.
You might want to reach out directly to the Malvern Parole office or the Hot Springs County administration to discuss your concerns. They can provide specific information about their policies and why this action was taken.
Additionally, consider contacting your local representative or attending a county meeting to voice your concerns. Bringing attention to how resources are allocated can help ensure that law enforcement focuses on the most critical matters affecting your community.
