Cincinnati, OH asked in Small Claims for Ohio

Q: can i keep the laptop and what do i do about it being on my account?

i ordered a laptop from rent a center had to esign an agreement and picked it up. on their app it shows my agreement with all the details payments and due date. well 3 days later when I'm not home they delivered another laptop but its not even the same as what i ordered they haned it to my daughter not even asking who she was she had to ask who it was for. they had to call the office to find out. they didn't even have her sign for it. when i got home they were closed. i looked online and my account still only listed the one laptop but the dates had changed the ordered date changed from nov 28th to dec 5th(the date i picked it up) and the delivery date was that day the 9th. well today i check my account again and now both computers are on my account and i never ordered the 2nd one. i only had a credit of $2400 the first laptop was 1800$ leaving me only $600 the 2nd laptop is $1300. and how is there something added to my account when i never signed a agreement?
