Boston, MA asked in Employment Discrimination and Employment Law for Massachusetts

Q: Paystub in accuracies & payroll recovery for business trip as W2 full time employee( Indian based company in US)

1. I have been employed since April 2024 , I was hired on a project that was global but the payroll deducted MA taxes instead of NH , which is 0 tax state , I reported the issue multiple time but no answer.

2. Bonus in accuracies and under paid without any explanation on the pay stub.

3. Threatening of the payroll recovery for the approved business trip and all the amount is under the allowed allowances , the claim system is broken , tried many times to submit through the portal and worked with the IT team but no help , instead threatening to do payroll recovery.

Need legal guidance on this , I want to sue my employer.
