Mom hasn't contacted dad. Dad been trying reach out by phone. Then my social media in which mom block dad from social when ask to see or get his time with there children.
Mom left the jurisdiction state as dad just found out by non jurisdiction state requesting support for the kids for being or receiving government aid or assistance.
Dad also found from tennessee another man has custody of his children. Dad has never left the jurisdiction state. Mom hasn't communicated in several years. Specifically years is 9 almost 10 years. Dad has been trying ask for motion in jurisdiction and they sent dad to requesting in a non jurisdiction state in which the non jurisdiction told dad he had to request where case was jurisdiction.
