Detroit, MI asked in Small Claims for Ohio

Q: Should I pursue legal action against my roommate (F 22)? -Ohio apartment renter

The situation is very complicated. To sum it up she began but harassing me when I got an ESA (name calling) because I ruined her and her bfs (M 22) plan to bring a cat. My actions did not stop them from doing so and remaining in compliance with the lease. Since then she will only contact me to harass me about something I’ve done (ie asking M to remind her about a rule she instated and broke). When I have tried bringing up issues with her in the past she gets defensive and rude leading to unproductive conversations and claims to do so because I “play the victim in every scenario”. I have screen shots of her verbally berating and attacking insecurities of mine and of her telling other people I’m a horrible person. M has tried to mitigate the situation in the past but he and F are dating so he will often side with her or say I share 50% of the blame. Other third parties have disagreed with this. I’ve had roommates in the past without issue.
