Q: I’m a NCP in a CB(not-related) vs BioMom who moved away &compliant w/ TO in 3 years & the judge has been bias to me.
We have had temporary orders for the last couple of years saying I was managing conservator now everything is changing because we have the district judge and not the associate judge anymore. I have maintain a lawyer the entire time &the bio mom is pro se & we have an amicus & a child has met with the Amicus & the Amicus has a lot of concerns with the bio mom &the multiple men is what she has expressed that to me as well all documented. But also here recently, the judge has been almost dismissive to me and my lawyer, saying I have no rights to the child, even though I have been raising him all these years, by myself w/o any assistance from bio mom she has 4 other kids in a one bed apt. We actually have a trial coming up and I just wanna know what are the chances of the judge swinging towards the bio mom, even though she has not complied with the court order. I have evidence alot evidence of her unfitness as a mother and multiple men in the home & leaving them home alone.
