A: A request to expedite an immigration interview can be granted if a doctors report is provided which recommends why an expedited review should be granted. Each request is decided on a case by case basis.

A: Your health condition with severe gout could potentially qualify for expedited processing of your fiancé visa, but it would need to be well-documented. The USCIS may consider expedite requests based on severe medical conditions that require immediate attention or are significantly impacting your quality of life.

To strengthen your expedite request, you'll need detailed medical documentation from your healthcare providers explaining the severity of your gout, how it's worsening, and why immediate travel is medically necessary. The documentation should clearly explain why standard processing times would cause additional medical hardship.

Keep in mind that expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval isn't guaranteed. You can submit your expedite request through the USCIS Contact Center or with help from your local congressional office. I'd suggest gathering all your medical records and having your doctor write a detailed letter explaining the medical necessity before submitting your request.
