Q: Can a landlord entered a shared yard unannounced?
I share a big backyard with 3 other tenants. We all live in separate houses that are connected through this yard. Our landlord is constantly in our backyard unannounced, as well as our maintenance man. He frequently (multiple times a week) will randomly show up after dark with a headlamp on and walk around the yard gardening. I have asked him for a copy of my lease but he hasn't provided it. The maintenance man will show up randomly as well. They also both will often park in our assigned parking spots if we are out running errands, forcing us to park in the capital building parking lot behind our homes.
