Q: girlfriends sisters have mislead the sheriffs dept into trespassing me from my home of 5 years with nothing from a judge
the sisters do not own the home or are they the landlord i tried to have the one sister tresspassed due to her coming over and physically assaulting my handicapped girlfriend and was told i couldnt then about two weeks later i get a call from the sheriffs dept and they tell me i have been trespassed from my home and that if i go back i will be arrested so all of my stuff has been there and i have not been able to get my things i went there with my girlfriend who also lives there and the police show up and arrest my girlfriend for trespassing and impound her car and did nothing to me there has not been anything handed down from a judge nor have i had my due process and i still dont understand why i wasnt arrested but my girlfriend was this is police misconduct they had 11 sheriffs officers there only put five of them on the report and there were only two videos of body cam but my video has the whole interaction and not one of them wanted to see my videos neither did the lawyer.
